Deliveries are subject to weather conditions (weather permitting)

Independent surveyor to be appointed for the supply & cost to shared by both parties.

Full payment should be released prior to the bunker supply.

Overtime / demurrage / other charges (if any) at cost for buyers account.

Please ensure close coordination between agent /local supplier at all times.

All sales are on credit of vessel. Buyer is persumed to have authority to bind vessel with a maritime lien. Disclaimer stamps placed by vessel on bunker receipt will have no effect and do not waive the seller's lien.

Any remittance made after the agreed due date will be charged 2.0% interest per month.

Barge or tank truck soundings are final and vessel crew is expected to witness the barge soundings before & after supply.
